Terms and Conditions

By accessing this website hosted in Zenler.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Enrollment and Course Access

When you enrol in a course as student, you get a license from us (Develop 1 Ltd) to view the course content via our websites and no other use. You may not transfer it to another student, location or resell courses in any way. We grant you a lifetime access license, except when we must disable the course because of legal or policy reasons. Courses are licensed to you, rather than sold to you. You are granted lifetime access to the course content, but not to the course instructor. This license does not give you the right to resell the course in any way or share with any another party/student. A course may not be purchased once for an entire company and shared with all employees using a single student account. Please contact us for discounts for multiple student enrolment.
In legal, more complete terms, Develop 1 Ltd grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the courses and associated content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through the Develop 1 Ltd websites, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with a particular courses or feature of our Services. All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement.

Terms

Permission is granted to use the materials on Develop 1 Ltd's web sites for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • a) modify or copy the materials.
  • b) use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
  • c) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Companies web site.
  • d) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
  • e) transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Develop 1 Ltd at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any copied/downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Pricing

The prices of the courses on Develop 1 Ltd’s websites are applicable to a course at the time you complete your purchase at checkout. Any price offered for a course is subject to change at any time and maybe subject to promotions and discount codes available through channels other than Develop 1 Ltd’s website.

Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee

If the course you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 30 days of your purchase/enrolment of the course, that we (Develop 1 Ltd) apply a refund to your account (less any transaction fees charged to us by transaction services). No refund is due to you if you request it after the 30-day guarantee time limit has passed since first purchasing the course. At our discretion, if we believe that you are abusing our refund and 30-day guarantee policy such as if you have consumed a significant portion of the course purchased, we reserve the right to deny refund. If multiple students are enrolled within your organisation, then the 30-days will start at the date of the first student enrolment irrespective of payment method.
